After a full year working in the sports world — reporting on the Cape, emceeing baseball games, coaching tennis, moving to Boston in a week, and finding my voice with Harvard I realized something important:
I wasn’t done learning.

Being in the workforce showed me how much I loved sports, how much I cared about fan experience and storytelling, and how much I wanted to keep growing in this industry. But it also showed me the gaps, the areas I wanted to understand more deeply, the leadership skills I wanted to strengthen, and the bigger-picture strategy behind sports that I wanted to be part of someday.
That’s when the idea of going back to school started to make sense.
So I made the decision to pursue a Master of Science in Sports Administration, and the moment I walked onto Boston College’s campus, it felt right.
Boston College aligned with the kind of professional I wanted to become, someone who understands the heart of sports, but also the operations, leadership, and strategy behind the scenes.
Now, as a graduate student at BC, I get to bring everything I’ve learned from real-world experience into the classroom and everything I learn in the classroom back into the industry I love.
It’s the perfect next chapter in a journey I’m still writing.
