Working with the New England Patriots has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my sports journey — a role that began with welcoming fans into the Hall of Fame and has now grown into a leadership position I’m incredibly proud of.
I started as a Guest Services Associate, helping visitors experience the history and energy of one of the NFL’s most iconic organizations. From showing kiddos on field trips the Hall of Fame to guiding guests at The Lighthouse, I learned how to connect with fans, answer questions, share stories, and create moments people truly remember.
And recently, I stepped into a new role:
Supervisor at the Patriots Hall of Fame.
As a Supervisor, I now have the opportunity to:
- Lead and support our guest services team
- Manage building operations and daily logistics
- Ensure the Hall of Fame and Lighthouse run smoothly and professionally
- Oversee ticketing, cash handling, and visitor flow
- Train new staff and set the tone for guest interactions
- Help create the welcoming environment the Patriots are known for
This role has shown me how much leadership in sports is about people, supporting your team, caring for guests, communicating clearly, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued.
Working for the Patriots has strengthened my confidence, my voice, and my belief that every moment in sports, big or small, has the power to make someone’s day.
And now, as a Supervisor, I get to help lead those moments.
