Some opportunities arrive slowly…
and some show up and change your entire life in a week.

When I was offered the chance to finish the season working with the Boston Red Sox, I knew it was something I couldn’t turn down. The move felt bigger than anything I had done before.
At that moment, I didn’t have an apartment.
I didn’t know a single person in the city.
I had never lived in Boston or any large city for that matter.
And I had about seven days to figure everything out.
But I also had a choice:
stay where things were comfortable… or take the leap.
So I chose Boston.
That week was a blur of apartment hunting, packing, logistics, and a whole lot of trusting that things would work out. I found a place, loaded up my life into a car, and moved to a city where I didn’t know anyone, just me, my bags, and a huge opportunity waiting for me at Fenway Park.
And from the moment I stepped into the ballpark on my first day, I knew I made the right decision.
Working with the Red Sox was electric. I provided premium guest services, supported game-day operations, helped prep suites, and worked everyday at creating an elevated fan experience. Every shift gave me a front-row seat to what it takes to run one of the most historic sports venues in the world.
Moving to Boston with no safety net taught me independence, confidence, and what it means to believe in my goals even when the path isn’t easy. It was terrifying, exciting, exhausting, and empowering all at once.
That decision reshaped my life.
It was the moment I stopped just dreaming about a career in sports and made it a reality.
