Season Ticket Sales & Services Account Manager

What started as a move from North Carolina to Boston to pursue a career in sports has grown into an opportunity I’m incredibly proud of, becoming a full-time member of the Boston College Athletics team.

As a Season Ticket Sales & Services Account Manager, I work directly with Boston College fans and season ticket holders to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences around BC Athletics. From helping fans find the right seats to building long-term relationships and supporting gameday experiences, I get to be part of the connection between Boston College and its community.

Boston College has become much more than the place where I am earning my Master’s in Sports Administration. It has become home. Through my time at BC, I have had the opportunity to learn from incredible people, grow professionally, and experience the many sides of the sports industry.

This role allows me to combine two of the things I love most about sports: building relationships and creating experiences that bring people together. Every conversation with a fan is an opportunity to make their experience better and remind them why being part of a team and a community is so special.

I’m especially excited to continue growing within Boston College Athletics while also taking on a new role as an emcee for Boston College Men’s Basketball this season. From ticket sales and fan engagement to being part of the energy inside Conte Forum, I’m excited to experience college athletics from another perspective.

Moving to Boston was a leap of faith. Two years later, I’m incredibly grateful for where that leap has taken me, and I know this is only the beginning!
